The 4Vita Herbs packaging design stands out with its unique visual identity. Each package features hand-drawn illustrations that showcase the variety of herbs in a harmonious color palette. The drawings not only define the visual identity of the series but also evoke a sense of well-being and a way of life centered around substance and health.
One of the standout features of the packaging design is the placement of the text. Instead of being relegated to the backside, the product information is prominently displayed on the front. This strategic choice emphasizes the benefits of the herbs and provides consumers with quick access to the information they need.
The packaging itself is a doy pack made of plastic material, ensuring the herbs stay fresh after the first opening. With a zipper closure, consumers can easily seal the package, preserving the herbs' quality for longer.
Measuring at 14x20 mm, the packaging is printed using flexography with seven colors and spot lamination. This printing technique allows for vibrant and detailed illustrations that truly bring the herbs to life.
Throughout the design process, the 4Vita Herbs team faced the challenge of understanding the differences and benefits of each herb. Extensive research on competitors' similar products helped them create a design that stands out in a crowded market.
The 4Vita Herbs packaging design project began in July 2020 in Heraklion, Greece, and was completed in December of the same year. The result is a visually striking packaging design that captures the essence of the herb crops on the island of Crete.
The 4Vita Herbs packaging design has been recognized for its excellence, receiving the Bronze A' Design Award in 2021. This prestigious award celebrates designs that exhibit strong technical and creative skills while contributing to quality of life improvements.
With its vibrant colors, communicative character, and commitment to well-being, the 4Vita Herbs packaging design is a testament to the power of design in enhancing the consumer experience and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
